EXERCISE OF THE WEEK

Squat Thrusts

Start in a push up hold position.

Have your hands directly under your shoulder line.

Keep your feet shoulder width apart.

Drive both knees up to your chin, keeping them inside the elbows.

Return to starting position.

Remember your feet move together, don’t forget to breathe and keep your abs tight.
