10 left leg lunges
10 right leg lunges
10 crunches
10 squats
10 sec’s push up hold (right leg)
10 sec’s push up hold (left leg)
10 sec’s push up hold
rest for 60 sec’s then repeat twice more.

Routine 2 ( intermediate )
10 sec’s mini squat
10 sec’s squat
10 sec’s jump squat
15 sec’s mini squat
15 sec’s squat
15 sec’s jump squat
20 sec’s mini squat
20 sec’s squat
20 sec’s jump squat
rest for 60 sec’s
10 sec’s crunch
10 sec’s legs up crunch
10 sec’s touch toe crunch
15 sec’s crunch
15 sec’s legs up crunch
15 sec’s touch toe crunch
20 sec’s crunch
20 sec’s legs up crunch
20 sec’s touch toe crunch
rest for 60 sec’s then repeat both sections twice more.
Routine 3 ( Advanced )
1 min climber
1 min jump squats
1 min push ups
1 min cycling crunch
1 min burpies
1 min dog ( left leg )
1 min dog ( right leg )
1 min tuck jump
rest for 1 min then repeat twice more.
