K-BOX CONDITIONING
After a thorough warm up you will work through various combinations on the pads, increasing complexity and skill level depending on your particular needs. Specific punching and kicking combos target various areas of the body with the main focus being on the midsection, buttocks and thighs. You then move into the strength section of the workout. Set up in a circuit formation you will move from one station to the next performing various strength, power and ply metric exercises. These exercises have been drawn from a wide variety of sports and are extremely effective for all body types. You will finish with some flexibility work to ensure long lean muscles. K-Box Conditioning is one of the most enjoyable and effective ways to get in shape.

K-BOX BOXING
This class is a throw back to the old school way of training using traditional methods and equipment. You will learn all the essential boxing moves and combo’s to ensure great technique and a thorough workout. You will become efficient in the use of focus pads, the heavy bag and the floor-to-ceiling bag. You will also learn how to shadow box properly and skip like a pro. The essential strength elements are not forgotten however, as we help you build lean muscle and improve your cardio. This is a fantastic class and compliments all the other great classes that K-Box Studios offer.
